1. Acceptance

By using Hostvo (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Hostvo operates an AI phone-answering service for restaurants. It answers inbound calls, captures structured information (reservations, pickup orders, catering inquiries, and similar), and escalates calls to human staff when configured to do so.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your menu, hours, and policies accurate in the dashboard.
Comply with all applicable AI-disclosure and telephony laws in your jurisdiction.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes; don't configure it to defraud, harass, or mislead callers.

4. Fees

Monthly subscription fees apply per the plan you select. Fees auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Termination

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Disputes

Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
