Send restaurants our way. Earn through their first year.
If restaurant owners follow you, whether on a channel, a newsletter or a community, or as your agency’s clients, Hostvo pays you a recurring share of what every restaurant you refer actually pays us. They get 30 extra days free on top of the free pilot. Tracked properly, locked at signup, paid directly.
How the partner program works.
1 · Sign up in a minute
Create a free partner account. Your link is ready instantly at the standard terms: 5% for their first 12 months. No waiting on a reply.
2 · Share your link
Put it in your video descriptions, posts or newsletter. It works on any page of the site, your UTM tags pass through untouched, and anyone who clicks is credited to you for 30 days.
3 · They sign up
The referral locks to you. They get 30 extra days free on their first subscription, on top of the free pilot.
4 · You earn
You earn 5% of what they actually pay Hostvo, month after month, during their first 12 months after the signup is credited.
Built like the rest of Hostvo: honest.
Attribution you can trust
A 30-day, last-click tracked link (a first-party cookie, disclosed in our cookie policy). The moment your referral signs up, the credit is locked to you and can’t be reassigned.
Commission on money that lands
Your share is based on what each referred restaurant actually pays: real invoices, minus refunds and chargebacks. No points, no store credit, no funny math.
Published standard terms
Every self-serve partner gets the same deal, stated before you join: 5% of what each referred restaurant actually pays (net of refunds) during their first 12 months after the signup is credited. The terms in force when a referral locks stay fixed for that referral. Bigger audience? Contact us about a custom deal.
Paid directly
We pay you directly by PayPal or Zelle, every month, within 30 days after the month ends. No marketplace in the middle. US partners provide a W-9 before the first payout, and we issue a 1099-NEC when the law requires it.
What we ask of every partner
- Disclose the partnership. The FTC requires telling your audience you’re paid. A clear line such as “I’m a Hostvo partner and earn from signups” does it.
- Represent the product honestly. Stick to what Hostvo actually does, as described on this site, and ask us if you’re unsure about a claim.
- No spam, no self-referrals, no bidding on the Hostvo name in search ads. Real recommendations to a real audience. Referring a restaurant that you or your family own, or where you work, doesn’t qualify.
- Referring a client? They sign up with their own account, and you tell the owner before they sign up that you may earn from it.
More ways to work with Hostvo.
Affiliate links are the simplest partnership, but not the only one. If you serve restaurants, there’s probably a fit.
Creators & publishers
YouTube channels, newsletters, podcasts and communities that restaurant owners follow. The classic affiliate fit.
Agencies & consultants
You run marketing, operations or tech for restaurants. Refer your clients: they sign up with their own account, and you tell them before they sign up that you may earn from it. Want to bundle Hostvo into what you deliver? Talk to us.
Technology & POS partners
You build software restaurants already use. Hostvo works alongside any POS today, with no integration needed. Want to connect more deeply? Talk to us.
Building a POS or phone system we should connect with? Start with integrations, then get in touch.
Partner questions, answered.
What does the restaurant I refer get?
A restaurant that signs up through your link gets 30 extra days free on its first subscription, on top of the free pilot every restaurant gets. It applies once per restaurant. That makes your link a genuine gift to your audience, not just an ad.
Who can become a Hostvo affiliate?
Anyone with a genuine audience of restaurant owners or operators: creators, newsletter writers, agencies, consultants and communities. Signup is self-serve, and your link works the moment you join. A person checks every payout before it’s sent, and a self-referral loses both the commission and the restaurant’s extra free days.
How much do I earn?
The standard self-serve terms are 5% of what each referred restaurant actually pays Hostvo (net of refunds) during their first 12 months after the signup is credited. Free periods (the pilot and their bonus free days) pay nothing, so you earn on the invoices they pay after that, within that window. Larger partnerships can be negotiated.
How does tracking work?
Your link sets a 30-day cookie in the visitor’s browser. If they sign up within those 30 days, the referral is credited to you for good, even if they finish signing up on a different device. If they click another partner’s link in between, the latest click wins.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, by PayPal or Zelle. We pay what you earned within 30 days after each month ends, with no minimum payout. Earnings build up as your referred restaurants pay their invoices, minus refunds. US partners provide a W-9 before the first payout, and we issue a 1099-NEC where the law requires it.
Do I have to tell my audience I’m a partner?
Yes. The FTC requires disclosing paid relationships, and honesty is the whole Hostvo brand. A simple line such as “I’m a Hostvo partner and earn from signups” covers it.
Is there a partner dashboard?
Yes. Your partner portal shows your link, every credited signup, and what you’ve earned, been paid and are still owed, all from real invoices. Sign in any time at hostvo.ai/partners/portal.
